ELL-English Language Learning

English Language Learner (ELL) classes provide basic skills education instruction in speaking, listening, reading and writing for adults whose native language is not English. The emphasis is on learning the English language to be able to successfully interact with others whether for employment, community involvement, or for furthering education.
