Duties may include scheduling appointments, billing patients, and compiling and recording medical charts, reports, and correspondence as well as schedule and confirm patient diagnostic appointments, surgeries, or medical consultations. You may apply these courses towards a Technical Degree in Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy.
